AD MAD SHOW
About the Event:
Advolution is an event to judge and enhance the marketing skills of Management students. It’s an event about how you market your product to satisfy needs and wants of consumer. It’s about evaluating what strategies participants adopt to survive in competitive market.
- Preliminary / Elimination round is a qualifying for the event. Those participants who fail to appear for the Screening round shall not be considered for the finals.
- In case participants exceed the time limit Judges will be free to disqualify the team.
- The Advertisement will be in any Scheduled Language.
- The event is a group event within a limit of 3-5 participants.
- The caution should be taken to refrain from displaying obscenity, violence, prejudice, defamation etc. in Advertisement.
- The decision of Judges will be final and binding.
Round 1:- Screening Round
- In this round, all the participating teams will have to come prepared and present an advertisement for a product/service of their choice
Rules and Regulation:-
- The Advertisement and product taken should not be related to any existing product or advertisement in market.
- Advertisement should not exceed a time limit of 2 minutes.
- Advertisement must contain Product Name, Tagline, Sample Product.
- Judging will be done on the basis of their additional creative and marketing skills.
Round 2:- Final Round
- The qualified 4 teams will be competing in this round.
- In this round, A certain product will be given to all the teams.
- The teams will be given 10 minutes to discuss product specifications, features, Marketing Strategies and how their product is better from competitors.
- One member of each team will come and explain everything to audience.
- Each team will be given a maximum time limit of 3 minutes.
